SNJOS accepts most insurance plans and participates with Care Credit
Insurance & Benefits
Southern NJ Oral Surgery accepts most insurance plans, including PPO, HMO, EPO, DMO, Union plans, discount plans, etc.. As a service to you, we will submit claims for your visit(s) directly to your insurance company. If you have an office visit co-pay, co-insurance or out-of-pocket cost for your visit, it will be due in full at the time of service. Any balance that is not covered by your insurance company will be billed to you directly. No claims are a guarantee of payment by your insurance company, and are processed based on the your plan benefits at the time of service. Any specific questions about your coverage and/or plan limitations can be answered by your insurance company directly.
As a service to you, we will check insurance benefits for all patients with insurance that are having an oral surgery procedure performed in the office. Please keep in mind that these obtained benefits are not a quoted guarantee of payment by your insurance company, and are processed based on the your plan benefits at the time of service. Financing & Billing
At Southern NJ Oral Surgery, we do not offer financing or payment plans directly through our office. However, we are affiliated with and accept Care Credit.
